Job Description:
Are you a wordsmith with a strategic mind and a passion for storytelling? Vilnius Coding School is seeking a Content Manager to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice. You’ll create and manage content across various platforms, driving engagement and supporting our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
- Write engaging and persuasive copy for our website, blog, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure content optimization according to SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage marketing material production.
- Conduct research to understand our audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to optimize future content.
- Work with our branches in Latvia, Ireland, and the Czech Republic to support their local content needs.
- Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
- Ability to create content that engages and converts.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English writing and communication skills.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
