Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who would ensure an effective communication and marketing strategy for our growing brand portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, solid communication skills, and a proven history of developing and implementing successful marketing and communication campaigns. This role involves managing all aspects of marketing and communication initiatives internationally, ensuring efficient teamwork, monitoring partners, and leading our programming school to be number one in Lithuania and foreign markets.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Preparing digital marketing and communication strategies and plans;
  • Creation of the market entry plans;
  • Digital content team management and third-party monitoring;
  • Media relations and PR activities management, including press releases, outreach, and monitoring;
  • Marketing and communication budget planning and management;
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and communication efforts.

What we are expecting:

  • International experience in the marketing and communication field for at least 4 years;
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools (hands-on experience with Meta, Google, LinkedIn advertisement tools – significant advantage);
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex ideas effectively;
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement;
  • Experience in the education or technology sector is a big plus.
