Our success stories
After studying and working in the field of fashion, I chose to move to work in the IT sector, joining Vilnius Coding School as a training coordinator. It was a lot of learning, but I strongly believed in the vision of the school and felt great support from my colleagues. After 10 months, I became the head of the Training and Sales department. I have absolutely no regrets about taking a big step and retraining, and this way helps me to better understand our students, who usually also change professions.

My story in this company began with the position of marketing coordinator. At that time I was changing careers: after school I studied fashion design, then I worked in this field, and finally I decided to study marketing. I even studied in several different places, I did an internship, then I got a job offer from Vilnius Coding School.
A year later, my manager Julia suggested that I become the marketing project team leader, and that's how I started to assemble my team.
Currently, I am the head of business development, I work with a team that consists of people from marketing, business development, and programming.
I am glad to work for a company that notices people, their strengths and helps them develop!
