PERSONAL CAREER PLANNING
During the career consultation, a personal career plan is drawn up, which helps to get the first job in the IT field. The career plan contains foreseeable goals, it is clarified what challenges are encountered when changing the career direction and a strategy is drawn up to overcome the challenges.

CV WRITING AND LINKEDIN PROFILE CORRECTIONS
During individual consultations, we help you sign a strong CV, adjust your LinkedIn profile, and share tips on how to be noticed on the labor market after becoming a junior-level specialist.

MENTORING PROGRAM "Don't be alone!"
The participants of the program are employed alumni who help graduates who have just finished their course to find a job. We understand that no one understands better how it feels to be a graduate looking for their first job than a graduate who was in the same position not long ago.

Academic activity
In 2020, the Career Change Center began official cooperation with Vilnius University in order to investigate what personal qualities are most important in order to successfully retrain in the IT field.
