Job description

Are you a marketing specialist  who not only knows how to create engaging content on social media but also can grow an audience and shape a company’s image in the digital space?

“Vilnius Coding School” is looking for a marketing specialsit to actively contribute to the company’s marketing and communication activities from managing social media to creating newsletters and brand development initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Implement the company’s internal and external communications strategy
  • Manage the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.): ideation, content creation, commissioning visuals
  • Execute email marketing: create and send newsletters (using MailerLite)
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Marketing manager, including sales promotion, brand strengthening, customer-base growth, and other projects
  • Collaborate closely with media agencies, designers, and other company departments
  • Monitor results, draw conclusions, and propose optimizations and improvements
  • Keep abreast of market developments, competitors’ activities, and the latest trends
  • Maintain and update the company website
  • Create and manage various text and visual assets: articles, videos, banner ads

What we expect from you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing (digital marketing experience is a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, their trends, and best practices
  • Experience creating newsletters (MailerLite experience is a plus)
  • Proactivity, responsibility, the ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks, as well as contribute to multiple international projects
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate tasks to colleagues and partners
  • Analytical abilities – understanding data analysis and campaign performance measurement tools
  • Good writing and editing skills, plus creativity
  • Capacity to quickly absorb new information, learn new things, plan your workday efficiently, and adhere to deadlines
