In 2020, the Career Change Center began official cooperation with Vilnius University in order to investigate what personal qualities are most important in order to successfully retrain in the IT field.

More than 100 of the largest Lithuanian companies participated in the survey, whose answers helped to find their first job more easily for those who want to retrain in the IT field.

After last year's TECH FAIR, the strongest IT employers, the companies were joined by over 100 new employees whom the companies met at the event. The career fair that will be held in Vilnius for the third time this year will invite companies not only to solve the challenges of finding employees.
