Briefly tell us why you decided to retrain?
I burned out, I stayed. On the other hand, since childhood I dreamed of programming or being a journalist. So I have fulfilled one dream, it's time for a change.

How did you choose your chosen training program and why Vilnius Coding School?
I graduated from VU Faculty of Communication, although I was accurate. The chameleon man. Therefore, data analytics turned out to be an ideal intermediate option between the dream of programming and making use of the available experience.

How did the training go? What knowledge and skills have you acquired?
We had a strong lecturer, Ieva. I came through a retraining program, so basically green. I tried really hard, but I understand that this is an area where you will always be learning. Permanent.

How did the search for the company go? Was it difficult?
My family keeps telling me I'm a lucky baby. But I don't believe in luck. I have studied a lot all my life, just like now. I am very happy and proud that my new workplace, managers and colleagues believed in me and gave me a chance. I'm still very nervous, but I have confidence in myself and know that if you put in a lot of work and all your heart, you will never lose.

What advice would you give to people who dream of changing careers, but do not dare for various reasons (thinking that it is too late to change something, that they will be too weak for IT companies, etc.)?
Only forward! Just cash out your area, google it, consult until you find your way. And then a lot of work and self-confidence!
